Navigate to the main menu, then Software and purchase in order from most to least important this early in-game IMO (ideally at the highest levels available, to make the best use of your money, reputation and criminal record :P): Repeat steps 4 and 5 until you have enough money to buy any and all essential programs, all at their highest level available.ħ.
